  •  High school diploma or GED
  • Employment in health care position for 3 year.

Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminars


This 8 hour seminar provides a broad overview of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia in relation 

to understanding and managing behaviors.

Healthcare providers are eligible to take the path to certification as a CDP – Certified Dementia Practitioner – through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. To see if you qualify, please visit or
